Every year Commerce studies national, statewide, and local economic trends to produce long term and short term occupational projections for state and sub-state areas. Based on historical data, these projections provide a guide for how the state occupational landscape may develop given the current economic trends. The current projections cover the years 2010 to 2020 for approximately 900 occupations and can be found here.

The information displayed on this website contains previous occupational trends using base year 2008, and projections for the year 2018.
